How many infusions can you get from green tea?

The answer (for the batch I bought at least) is 3. The first for fla­vour, second for relax­a­tion, and the third for hot water. After that it gets kind of bit­ter. A good blend is sup­posed to get 3  –  5, so this is at the low end of qual­ity The Road to Guantanamo movie
